To mark Safer Internet Day 2019, each year group in school took part in a number of different activities based around keeping themselves safe online. This years theme for Safer Internet Day was ‘Together for a Better Internet’.

The year 6’s had the opportunity to look at consent and permission and had some really good discussions based around a number of different scenarios that required them to think carefully about the concept of consent and permission. The discussions raised some key points around why it is important fot children to ask for their parents permission before accepting links or clicking on location devices.

Each class in school spent time creating the page for their Proud Folders.

There is also an online safety poster competition for available for ALL Hucklow children to enter.
