Foundation 2AK

Welcome to Foundation Stage 2 – F2AK

Our staff for 2018/19 are:

Mrs Khatoon with teaching assistant Mrs Ritchie

Mrs Marlow will work across both classes

In Foundation 2 our new topic this term is ‘How does your garden grow’ We have been exploring different environments to see if things grow around the world. We started off by exploring the artic/winter. Come and have a look at our Arctic fact files!
We used books, pictures, videos and the internet to find out information.
Next half term we will be exploring plants and lifecycles. We will be reading ‘The Very hungry Caterpillar’ and investigating how plants and butterflies grow. You could help your child by talking about the changes you notice outside!
It is fantastic to see children bringing in their home learning! Keep reading everyday! Can you find any of your key words in the story?
